Vegan birthday yum yums!

So, 21 again and I made it my duty to stuff my face. Here’s how it went…

Full breakfast at Hotel Wroxham in Norfolk. Any hotel or B&B which offers a full breakfast is bound to be just fine for vegans. It was a good start to the day!

Wild Thyme veggie restaurant in Norwich provided a blow out lunch. Starters – spinach and lentil cakes with beetroot and fennel

Rice and white bean burger with avocado, a delicious salsa and sweet potato chips. Very filling, however…

…it was entirely necessary to squeeze in a vegan chocolate brownie with ice cream. If either of my Nan’s were there, they’d have said “you’ll go off pop!”. And what better time to go off pop than your birthday?

The awesome thing about this cafe is the Rainbow Wholefoods shop below. It has one of the best selections of organic and health foods I’ve ever seen. Just make sure you eat first so you don’t bankrupt yourself buying one of everything!

It was a great chance to pick up some Sheese and a huge packet of sausage mix – a complete bargain at £3.78 for 500g!

Now, I’m going to sit and mull over whether I can fit in any dinner this evening. It is my birthday duty right?!
